Staff friendly and courteous!!!! Breakfast was very good. Beds were a bit hard for my liking. But room was spacious and clean. The only complaint I have is there was no coffee. At the coffee station when I wanted one. Also we had to ask for towels in the pool.

3 plugs in the room dont work. Leaving only 1 in one outlet that the lamp is suppost to be in. Kind if hard to charge multiple devices

Property was exactly what you expect from a holiday inn express. It was quite new so nice and clean.
