Me gustó mucho la estancia. Un lugar básico, pero lindo y muy limpio. El servicio es excelente la gente tiene muchas ganas de apoyar en todo momento. Qué padre lugar! Gracias por todas las atenciones

Good hotel
Posted 29 Apr 2018This is a good hotel. It is about 15 min by car from Tepoztlán downtown. Pool is ok for kids and rooms are comfortable.

Expensive and far away from everything you may nee
Posted 3 Sep 2016 on HotelsThe first night my wife was stung by a scorpion,I call management in charge that night,it was Gaby,she totally minimized the problem saying: This incidents are common in this area,Please do not book this hotel,it is just too far away from downtown.
I will come back to Tepoztlan though,this time in a hotel a lot cheaper in plain downtown.

Clean, friendly, and great value.
Posted 30 Aug 2016 on HotelsFriendly proud staff, very clean, and a good value for the cost. Not in the downtown but a 5 minute drive is no problem. Not the most comfortable beds in the world but a few beers and it's all good.

The hotel is too far from downtown. The beds are very hard and the price was too high.

Dear guest, thank you for your comments. Our hotel is not near downtown because its a place to rest, Did you tell the manager about the bed issue?
