I loved having breakfast and seeing the peacocks

Las instalaciones están sucias, adentro de la habitación había hormigas, se metían al baño y a la cama. El staff fue muy amable durante la estancia pero el hotel dejo mucho que desear.

Estimado Huésped: Lamentamos que su percepción acerca de nuestro hotel sea como la describe. Fumigamos las habitaciones cada semana y cada 6 meses hacemos una fumigación más fuerte. Lamentablemente usted no nos deja su información; para poder revisar en qué habitación se hospedó y poder darle una respuesta más certera.

land and rooms are really nice, place is not really close to downtown but it's nice to rest away from the traffic, service and dinner was great, unfortunately breakfast was not the same the omelet and ham.was burnt and they didn't offered compensation or food replacement and we got food poisoned

They changed my rate because my daughter is 15 years old and it don’t say anything on their page !!! Rates went up double

Not a good experience

Power went out and no effort was made to provide any light for our room. Restaurant was closed for breakfast on Sunday morning.

In regards to the power failure it was not something that we could solve directly, we depend on the Electric company and even though we did call them and urge them to solve this problem, the failure was bigger than they imagined so it took longer to repair. Would I recommend or go back? Yes. I am excited? Obviously not. Unhappy? Not at all. Overall, just ok. It is way far from being great, which come from small details. IMO the ratio value-price is unbalanced.
