La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Vivimos en el sur de la ciudad y quedar en Tepozotlan nos ayudamos evitar el trafico de la mañana. Tuvimos un problema con el agua. No habia nada de agua caliente para bañarse.

Blankets and sheets need updates. The breakfast was not that great. The price was good and the service was friendly and the hotel was clean

Old hotel, needs maintenance, rooms are very dark… decided to not even spend the night there…
