The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff very pleasant. The restaurant next door is amazing with very good food and service. I'd only add a fan to the rooms but other than that, everything was perfect.

Great for families!
Posted 28 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe hotel has excellent customer service. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The in hotel restaurant is convenient and has a great variety of food options. My only wish was that the location was a bit closer to the town center but that meant it was a bit quiet which was appreciated. Good value overall!

Nice hotel relatively close to Teotihuaca Pryamids

The entire Hotel and restaurant is amazingly clean!!! Everything at this place is decorated beautiful, the hospitality has been outstanding and I am beyond impressed on everything. The food at the restaurant is outstanding! They made minor accommodations to them that meant everything for me and my partner, we are beyond thankful.
