The hotel is clean and breakfast is ok. One thing I disliked was that they nickel and dime you for every additional amenities. I booked the hotel with my 9 yr old son. I went to the front desk to pick up additional bath towel because they only provided one. They told me I have to pay a fee and I had to pay in cash. I did not have any cash on me and because the elevator takes a long time, I did not want to go up and come back up after a 10hr flight. Staff said they cannot come with me to my room as well. Other than that, it’s very basic but the room is clean. I was also in non smoking room but someone was smoking on my floor so my entire room smelled of smoke. I will probably not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the hotel was fabulous. Reception staff were very nice to us (we ate foreigners), the amenities were very clean, and we recommend the substantial hotel breakfast as affordable and delicious. Thank you Toyoko Inn Abeno Tennoji!

違う場所で東横インに泊まり続けて、食事がほとんど同じで飽きて来た。もう少し、それぞれの場所のオリジナルな食べ物もあっても良いかも。
コーヒーがいつでも飲めると嬉しい。

The hotel is not far from Jr loop line we are walkable. Only one stop station to Namba area. Check-in time allowed at 4 p.m. so if you arrive early you have to wait or leave the luggage at the reception area for sight seeing.

Ok overall

Reasonable priced hotel between subways and JR lines , free breakfast!

Posted 7 Feb 2020 on HotelsI like how it has 3 elevators to serve the guests. I like that the place for breakfast was in the second floor, one has an option not to get dressed for the day just to eat breakfast. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have jam to go with the bread and butter. I like that it has a nice view of the Osaka Tower. It is very near the zoo that if I had more time, I could have visited it.
