First visit, and the property is amazing! Large, clean rooms, good food, and the staff are AWESOME! Always available to answer questions and help however possible. Cannot wait to return!

We put our clients first, but that's the point: OUR clients. You were informed that external customers cannot make use of the hotel facilities or get into the guest rooms but you didn't care much, did you?

A great location for our needs, far enough from the noise and chaos but close enough when we wanted that. A nice ten minute walk to several beaches.
The food was superb quality and always plenty of it. Branded alcohol was included.
Have already looked at a revisit later this year.

The pool area was nice. Breakfast buffee was good, many options to choose from and quite delicious.
Room was okay, a little bit dated maybe already but still perfectly fine.
They did renovate our next door room so it was very annoying that the one morning we wanted to "sleep in" .. meaning like 8:30am, they were using a drill or something.
Still I'd go back next time we're going to Tenerife.

Lovely hotel, great pool and fantastic catering staff. Great variety of food each and every day although we do prefer to eat out.
A very enjoyable stay - there wasn't anything they could have done better
Only 10 minutes drive from the Airport too!

Old school hotel with old school rules

Rules are especially useful and meant for those who don't like rules. For some strange (or bizarre) reason you didn't want to make use the bike storage room that we provide for free, as it is not allowed to take them into the guest rooms. In a hotel you are staying with hundreds of other people so some order and respect is needed. Maybe you should in fact go back to school for a while.
