TERRIBLE

Breakfast was nice however finishes at 10:15, which is to early in my opinion as most other hotels finish breakfast at 11am - we had to order an extra night as was charged over 400euro!! And was accused of not making the payment! Terrible place DO NOT STAY HERE

The main areas of the hotel were excellent. However the rooms are looking a little worn.

3 day weekend winter sun break .
Posted 21 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe reception desk was very helpful & accommodating as we were meeting friends for a lunchtime get together with friends .
We were able to check in early .
The hotel was clean , the pool area was spacious & the staff were great .
Lots of choice for the all inclusive buffet meals . Good varied all inclusive drink options so in all it was a shame I was only there for 3 nights .

What can I say, had a fab time at this hotel, staff are so pleasant and helpful, rooms and hotel areas very clean, amenities are great, kids clubs, activities for all, 4 pools that suit all ages from toddlers to the over 80s club. Food and drinks were excellent for all inclusive option. Evening entertainment was as expected, not brilliant but not that bad either. Would highly recommend this hotel to all ages without hesitation
