I was not emailed a code for the door and was stuck there with my luggage unable to get in. When I called and messaged the phone number provided, no one ever got back to me. I had to find another hotel.
I never leave negative reviews, but no one has made any attempt to reach me or respond.

Terrible experience as it stated checkin anytime after 15:00 and hotel did not provide PIN code at all so we were left stranded outside at 2am in the night and the number on the door no one was picking up calls so we had to relocate to a different hotel in the middle of the night. Expedia customer service was spot on though, helped us through out the whole relocation process!

The property has a curious pin entry system which means you can check yourself into your room out of hours. It also meant you could stay there six nights as we did, and never ever meet a member of staff, as we did! The apartments were beautiful and spacious with spectacular views of the cliffs and mountains. The town itself however is dull with very little to do unless you're into surfing. Maybe 2 bars and a handful of restaurants which all close early apart from one. It's also the windiest place on earth!

Great location & has all you need .

The room was clean & we even had a sea view .
We stayed 2 nights and the room did not get cleaned but maybe they clean it every other day . The mattress had some weird plastic coated cover which I did not particularly like as it squeaked a lot .
Apart from that I really liked the room .

Disappointed
Posted 26 Jan 2024 on HotelsOn arrival at 11 am nobody on reception. Had tp phone. On return at 15.00 still nobody on reception. Had to ring again. Young man with bad attitude came out after ringing yet again and checked us in.
No tv in living room , only in bedroom.
No remote control so unable to use television not even in bedroom.
From 19.00 in room with nothing to do.
