A little bit old / used hotel and the food is average -not a big choice and queues to the main restaurant.

The property is more shabby than chic. It feels understaffed - the pool area would benefit from cleaning throughout the day. The restaurant is appallingly setup and needs a workflow to address the bottlenecking. Breakfast shouldn’t take the length of time it does.

Good value hotel

Very good value holiday, staff very friendly, great customer service & extremely clean. Only downfall is the queueing in the restaurants at peak times. The lay out around the show cooking and hot buffet does not work. Long queues for food whether you want it or not, you have to pass pasta/pizza area then the grill before you get to the hot buffet. Lots of people pushing in. If the hotel was to sort this I would have given 5 stars. Food most days was excellent & drinks very good quality. Pool areas very clean, never an issue getting a sunbed even when busy.

Fantastic stay. There is nothing to complain about our holiday at Allegro Isora. Everything was extremely clean and tidy and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and there was always a constant flow of freshly cooked food;the variety was fantastic too - you certainly wouldn’t go hungry!

Terrible stay

Very dirty hotel, everything is sticky. The bathtub was absolutely dirty and clog. Air conditioning doesn’t work and even when you report all this, nothing gets done to fix it.

Nice staff, ordered pool view but got straight to see view. Good food, clean nice rooms, always can find spot near pools, will stay again in same hotel. Lot of French visitors who left empty cups around sun beds, trash bin only 5 steps away, so they should learn how to not left the mess! becouse hotel staff every morning cleaning everything outside, and they doing it right, so big thanks to people who did our holidays nice and clean. Also Eduardo in bar was always nice and did very good cocktails
