Excellent stay but need a second chair in the room

We enjoyed our overnight stay and dinner. The green light in the ceiling of our bedroom however wasn't welcomed. Handy to light one's way to the bathroom, but not conducive to a good night's sleep. Suggest means of activation when arising from bed during the night only.

Comfortable rooms

Breakfast was included.
The Fountain is a lovely country pub with open fires however, the bar does close early.

Country pub full of character.
Posted 28 Jan 2024 on HotelsSuperb, characterful country pub with warm, cosy bar and restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Room was spacious and comfortable - en suite was immense! A really enjoyable stay.

I would stay again
Posted 21 Jan 2024 on HotelsI arrived at 3pm and left at 1000am. Nice pub loads of parking I stayed in a court yard of sinlge story accommadation . Remote control of Tv and kettle were a little temprimenal. Side of bath needed painting. Rug in side door kept tripping me up. Spotlessly clean room . Great Breakfast

Posted 3 Jan 2024 on HotelsAn excellent set up with purpose built rooms separate from the pub. Ground floor and super for a dog. Cosy room with spotless en-suite and good to be able to alter the radiator to one’s own temperature.
Characterful and popular place with evidence of significant funds raised for Midlands Air Ambulance.
