Staff at front desk was unfriendly. Key card did not work on outside door. Husband is in a wheelchair and extremely difficult to access the needed services. We did like the roll in shower and the breakfast was good for my husband

Ms Carolyn,I apologize about the side door not working. I assure you we have fixed the issue since. We recommend using the main entrance for our handicapped guests, especially those in a wheelchair, since there are no ramps near our side entrances. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast. We hope you give us another chance in the future to exceed your expecations.
