The bathroom was adequate with large shower, but adjusting shower height was a little bit of a problem for a shorter person. Customer service was excellent and they dealt quickly with a problem with the bathroom. "Great location. Smooth check in. Room is comfortable but if you’re on the street side it’s fairly noisy. Bar and lobby is one of London’s biggest MacBook warrior hangouts. Biggest downside was the absurd frosted glass door on the bathroom (not all rooms have this) giving zero privacy; whoever designs these things needs to change career. "
