Booked using Expedia only to get bait and switch at the hotel. Supposedly the deluxe room wasn’t available but I paid for it anyway. Got shafted with cheaper room but still paid for more expensive room. Not good.

Staff was great building and room clean. First impression door from garage to elevator had a bad dearing and mad lots of nosie. Will fail completely at some point. Hotel very noisy lots of freeway sound. 2am lots of sound in hallway. 2 nights little slep. Parking app a PAIN. 16.00 BREAKFAST overpriced. Mini fridge woke me up buzzing 1am house keeping left door ajar. Not as close to old town as advertised you had to use car. Next time will chose elsewhere you should too. Not to Hilton standards.

Our room was very nice. The food and service was excellent. The property needs some cleaning. The pool needs a lot of attention. It needs to be shocked or acid washed. The stairwell leading to the parking area was also very dirty. The carpet was dirty, and the windowsill was full of dirt and bugs. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Our bathroom floor was also dirty. Lots of black hair on the floor and the tile baseboards were dirty. The door from the underground parking into the hotel was always unlocked. We felt that guests should need to use their key to use this door for safety purposes.

The location was great BUT YOUR SERVICE WAS A RIP OFF. I paid for a King Suite, with working area, large couch 450 sq foot room and I received a standard 2 bed room at the price of a King Suite because your picture detail did not correspond what you default back to on the room detail. My fault for being in a hurry and the hotel couldn't help because YOU made the reservation and YOU have no number to call. Total rip off and lousy service = 1st time used your service and I won't make mistake again. SHAM

This does not feel like a Hilton property. Would not allow points to be applied to Hilton Honors. Staff was indifferent. Loud AC, other motor (elevator) consistent all night, horrible view, toilet broken and ran all night. We tried to fix. Not standard leaky toilet. Actually needs parts replaced. No apologies or offers to correct.
