Staff are nice .. rooms clean breakfast was lovely also nice added extra plus cheap to stay here

The property was easily accessible and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, not sure why there couldn't be eggs? We have 2 dogs and they were accepted, however we had to leave the bar area in the evening despite only a handful of people being in there, because they served breakfast in there. This wasn't communicated at check-in when we paid £20 per dog. The toilet paper was small and the tap spout was too near the side of the sink. The EV charger would only charge at 3.5 kwh and was expensive for that rate. It is outsourced so the staff won't have anything to do with it.

For $60 a night it was good My room was freezing, heater didn't work Parking was horrible they blocked off half parking lot for renovations but did nothing whole time it was blocked 5 days Breakfast was okay only liked the coffee machine No fridge or safe in room Hated the shower - moldy Friendly staff

Dear LargimeThank you for taking time to share feedback after your recent stay. I'm sorry you were inconvenienced by areas of the car park being blocked off. We did keep sufficient space open for our guests but I appreciate this may have been at the far side and not so convenient or close to the hotel. There were some delays out of our control, such as the terrible weather! We were unable to tarmac or paint lines when it was torrential rain unfortunately, but in order to keep space available for the maintenance team, we had to keep those areas still blocked off. Enjoyable stay. Hotel and room are clean. Continental breakfast which included bread, pastries, bacon, baked beans, range of cereals, spreads etc. Tea and coffee in room. Staff were very friendly. Our bathroom sink was blocked when we arrived, we mentioned this to staff on our way out, by the time we came back ( a few hours later) staff told us it had all been fixed…. Which it had. Only thing which could be improved but not a deal breaker, the TV in the room could do with being a bit larger. Walking distance to shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Three of the Five Blue Badge parking spaces at the hotel have been removed in favour of Charging Units for Electric vehicles. Ample space at rear of small car park to relocate Blue Badge Parking. This was not done. As a Disabled person I would have to stop using International Hotel on my visits to Telford And I would not recommend this hotel for Disabled people
