Cleanness in bathroom was poor as toilet bowl was brown with scale which was disappointing to see but wanted quite place to stay and got it

The location was great. The place was clean and, though the property was without frills, it was fine.
The main problem was with the check-in. Apparently, the person responsible for the check-in is also responsible for running the property restaurant. I arrived we’ll before the 3:00 check-in and just wanted to leave my single piece of luggage before I went off to explore. This turned out to be a 15 minute process because no one was at the front desk. Then when I returned at 5 pm, he was busy with some customers in the restaurant and no one was at the check-in desk. This took another 10 minutes before the check-in process even began. It was definitely a little frustrating.
The price was right but you get what you pay for I guess. That was really the only problem.

Easy to get around the town square as it is right in the middle. Hall ways were dark and the air seemed a little musky. Room service was not done and breakfast was sufficient but could be much better.

Time travel to Cold War
Posted 9 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe location is great right on the historic square. There was hot water, WiFi , a hair dryer, and heat. There were flowers in a vase-they were dead. The building is beautiful from the outside but the room was how I imagine things were in the Cold War/Soviet era. Strong eastern block vibe. The lights didn’t work in stair wells-pitch black at night. After 6pm ish you need your key to leave the building-they lock you in-this seemed like a fire hazard. There was one surly guy who ran the restaurant and hotel. He seemed annoyed by our presence. We were literally the only guests. It was the least expensive option but you get what you pay for.

Room furnishings are subject to regular replacement. Please note that a better room category has been provided to you without any additional payment. The fact that you have to take the keys with you after 18:00 is for safety reasons. As the hotel closes in the evening, this is a must for guests to get back to the hotel. However, you were notified of this on arrival. We apologize for the behavior of our employee, who found you poisoned. We have already remedied this.

Right in the centre of picturesque square with baroque architecture. Close to restaurants and very peaceful in the evening. Free parking in front of hotel.

Just Good Location

Pros: Location and view.
Cons: Needs a restyling.
Location: Enjoy Telc you are on the middle of the city.
The hotel is just in a good location, perfect to enjoy the historical Unesco Town.
The hotel inside is nothing special, simple and basic.
