The manager was the worst,she was very rude very old towels,no washer and dryer’s,No breakfast as they said,They charged us one more day went we gat there,They send us to Dizengoff Garden Hotel it was a nightmare very duty out side too ,human pu on the entrance my husband step on it very poor service 😪the worst service

This is a gem in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the beach and lots of food places. Sholmi the manager goes above and beyond to make sure you are sorted and can get around. I would definitely stay here again.

Posted 29 Jun 2023 on HotelsThere were large mosquitoes inside the rooms even while all doors and windows shut in basement rooms.
The street where hotel is on is currently under construction and we had to walk far on broken street with suitcases to enter . No elevator . The pictures online don’t look like the real thing.

It was clean but the tile floor was a little gritty with sand. Other than that, it was great. The BEST thing about the stay was the desk lady, Elene. She was an absolute delight. She went above and beyond by telling us what to visit, escorting us to our room, and other recommendations. We just loved her.

It's an ok property but being one story below ground made the yard filled with bugs and it was not pleasant. I suggest trying to find a spot with balcony, or at a higher story. Nite that there is also no washer dryer at the property and I ended up paying 180 nis for 3 loads!!!
