A pleasant, comfortable and well fed stay
Posted 10 Apr 2023 on HotelsReception and general staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and reasonably comfortable, though the building is in need of maintenance and refurbishing. The room is not large though adequate, but the bathroom is very small and needs redesigning to make it more efficient and comfortable, perhaps removing the bath and only having a shower cubicle to give more space. The breakfast buffet was very good especially since the food all had to be kosher for Pesach and in fact was better than I found at a higher graded hotel that I stayed at during my three week visit to Israel.

Room not replenished with coffee/sugar shower gel/shampoo/toilet paper on a daily basis.
Paid for a weeks parking but my space was sold to someone else on two occasions.
Concierge was extremely rude.
This is the 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed in and definitely would not recommend.
