The hotel is excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much. There is very little we would say needs to be improved, but we have stayed at other Raddisson Blu resorts such as Playa Mogan and a free standing clothes dryer was available which was ideal for swimwear etc. - the fitted drying rails on the terrace were very limited. Hotel staff were execellent but it would have been nice if the reception bar, which is quiter and we preferred, was open later than 11:00.

Amazing hotel friendly staff who can't do enough for you, special thank you to Paulina on reception. Lovely to see a happy face and someone really helpful when you arrive. Glass of welcome cava was appreciated too. Immaculately kept pools, rooms and surroundings. Wonderful food plenty of choice. I didn't mention it was my birthday whilst staying there but went on a day trip and when we got back there was a bottle of cava on ice in our room. All the staff work amazingly well together to make it a really fantastic holiday ... so much so that even before we left we booked to go back at the end of August.

For a 4* hotel we found this to be top notch. We both needed a chill and this hotel is perfect for older adults looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment. Although it is a buffet restaurant there was always a wide variety of good quality choices with a different theme on every night of our stay. Would definitely return.

Great place to stay. Rooms have been recently done. The whole resort is super well maintained and in pristine conditions. Service is excellent, everyone was so nice and really trying to help. Food (breakfast and dinner) are great. Great place to staybto unwind and relax.
