You get what you pay for really. Booked a 3 bed superior room but it definitely wasnt superior and the 3rd bed was a pillow on the settee. Had fridge and cooker and hob but no pans or plates or cutlery. Also found an old sock under the bed so wasnt cleaned properly. Wasnt super unhappy with it. It was just standard.

Overall an enjoyable trip. Hotel was as expected, generally ok /good. Staff were awesome (Nayara, Rocio, Manuel, too many to name). We booked it as THB Hotel but it's a BE LIVE Hotel, signage Infront is limited. Easy access to the beach/promenade Shops and restaurants close by (many still closed in May) Rooms are ok, the shower room could do with a redesign. Stub your toe on the door stop, have to stand in the shower to open the door. Rooms are clean and towels changed when requested. Some noisy (British) guests in the courtyard and pool area. There's a pool bar, buffet restaurant and second restaurant. Fair selection of food in the pool bar and buffet with small changes to dishes daily. MYLOS has a set menu sadly it doesn't look like it changes, the food was okd we enjoyed the desserts. Advertise 2 pools it's really a children's paddle pool and main pool. People still put towel out before 8am, some leave their towels overnight!! Annoying behaviour because they can hold a pool chair for days and it can be difficult to find a space by the pool in the afternoon They have badminton and table tennis however it's the same space so only one sport at any given time. Parking is not great, there are /- 15 space in front of the hotel. Busy times you have to park further away or wait for someone to leave. They host regular shows and performance which was unexpected and some were enjoyable. The evening bar team are great and make sure you have drinks at your table.

Excellent location the hotel has just been taken over so the food was hit and miss due to parts being refurbished but the staff went above and beyond would definitely return.

We have not long returned from a lovely 4 night stay as a family of 4. We couldn’t fault a thing and really enjoyed it, will definitely be booking again.

Well situated short stroll from restaurants and shops, and rear access to beach. Breakfasts were good. Pool area rather crowded and not enough sun beds. Friendly helpful staff.

After four nights, I thought it was only OK. I expected a higher level of comfort and maintenance based on the photos. Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, the beach is very close, and it's an easy pick-up point for the tour companies. Cons: The breakfast buffet lacked the range of flavors, textures, and spices that I would expect from an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the restaurants in the area were equally uninspired. Additionally, the pest control was lacking. My room was above the cafeteria and there was a nightly procession of roaches coming up through the kitchen and bathroom. In the evenings, I also noticed the pool area had large, dead roaches scattered around. I could tell that the cleaning crew was trying to keep up, but it seems like a bigger initiative might be needed.
