Beautifully decorated with Mayan details and even though some parts look a little dated, it still hold up nicely

The air conditioning unit wasn’t working good, they don’t have towels to use at the pool you have to use the same from the room, some off the staff were rude

The place was nice and clean. Staff were super friendly. Only down side was the hot water, it never worked for some reason. We got in super late and left early so didn’t really feel like complaining but the shower water never got warm.
