We originally booked one double room and one family and we got transferred out of both of them. The double room had been just recently “fixed” but as we walked in the room smelled like sewage. The family room’s Ac did not work and they could not find another family room available so we had to stay in a double room.
The worst part was the first night the hotel did not have electricity for about 3 hours at night, it was impossible to sleep with in rooms without ventilation and 90 degrees weather. I will not go back to this place and would not recommend.

Thank you for booking with us, we had a general problem with electricity, all businesses were affected.Our apologies but its something out of our hands to solved it. We are located in a rural area and the response times from authorities was longer.

Me gustó mucho, todo muy limpio y tiene fácil acceso a la playa, además de que, en esa zona el mar es muy azul. Es un lugar muy bueno para relajarse.

Me gustó la estancia, tanto que me quedé dos días más. En general esta bien, todos los días hacen el aseo y cambian sábanas y toallas, de pronto hay animalitos en el baño pero es por tanta naturaleza, en la tarde noche es fácil encontrarte con cangrejos de visita en las áreas verdes, la comida es rica el trato del personal es amable y servicial

Un día entero la alberca estuvo fuera de servicio. Pobres acabados de la habitación. No brindan toallas para la alberca. Malas formas de responder cuando preguntas en recepción.

Mi gusto todas sus instrucciones, lo único que me decepcionó fue que los bungalows están pequeños, en las fotos se ven un poco más amplios pero en realidad son más pequeños

Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, a las habitaciones como a sus instalaciones, ademas que manejan publicidad engañosa ofrecían desayunos incluidos y al llegar no estaba esa opción

Excelente lugar para disfrutar unas vacaciones con la familia , cabañas súper equipadas y cómodas para no salir del hotel comer a tu gusto . Y además playa casi privada . Me encanta este lugar
