Shockingly disappointing!
Posted 8 Jun 2023 on HotelsI don't recommend this place at all. We had issues from the start of the stay - the Staff didn't know about our arrival so we had to wait even though our reservation was made a month prior.
The door to the room was opening just by itself and the electronic lock was broken, so all the time we had our door open without knowing it!!!!
The walls are not soundproof - we heard all conversations from the rooms nextdoor. Windows were leaky - the seal was missing. We expected a lot more for such a price.
Never again :(

Friendly staff. Quiet place. However, I'm not sure about the type of room they gave us because I booked for a Junior Suite but the room wasn't the same as shown in the pictures.

A beautiful, comfortable, quiet hotel
Posted 11 Dec 2021 on HotelsI arrived early due to flight and was given an early check in by a very helpful Night Manager, George. Hotel is very well laid out, quiet and comfortable and is situated high up in the old town. You can get lost on those streets.
The hotel is very close to the funicular railway for Mtatsminda Amusement Park

Very nice hotel!! At the center and in quiet street.
Very clean, good service and tasty breakfast for everyone! Staff very kind and helpful.
Fare price highly recommend.

The Hotel was clean and quiet, but the staff was absolutely not friendly. I wouldn't recommend it
