The room was nice, neat and clean. But the wifi was down at that moment. Water heater was provided upon request. There was no phone where I can contact the reception straight away from room. Since I stay in the hotel for a long period, at times I ate in the room but there was not enough cutleries nor bowl from the housekeepers, so it’s quite difficult to eat in the room especially during PKP times. They should provide at least the basic things like tissue, water heater, mineral water, wifi, coffee and tea packets especially for long-term guests.
