After a long day traveling I was looking forward to a hot spa bath unfortunately there was an issue with the hot water. I had a lukewarm shower. I was pretty disappointed. Other than that the bed was comfortable.

Spacious room with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The spa bath was amazing and our 3 month old absolutely loved her first little swim in it. The bed was very comfortable

Friendly check in and helpful staff. Parking was very easy, we had two parks assigned to our two bed unit, directly outside. Rooms were spacious although our bed, while not uncomfortable, was a bit firmer than we'd like. Lounge area a little tired but v functional. Great shower pressure. It was well located, although we drove to the town (2 mins). My daughter loved the friendly cat. It was a v comfortable, enjoyable stay, for two nights. I'd stay again.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for a short break. it was a short walk to Taupo shops and restaurants.
