Loved this property! Clean, and Tidy, with great communication with the managers/owners.
We were arriving late, so they turned the heat pump for it. Which was lovely gesture.

Nice short walk to the lake. Dog friendly. Small enclosed courtyard. Spa bath & good shower. Unable to get the air-conditioning to stay working. Would stay again.

Sorry to hear air cond didnt work for you ,you should of phone office with the phone in unit an we would have got it going as all our air cond work

Staff were very friendly and the units were clean and serviced daily.
Central location with the lake being two minutes walk away and Taupo central less than 5mins drive.
We had a in-room spa which was a nice way to relax at the end of the day.
Would definitely recommend

Very nice place to stay, nice facilities while keeping it's character. Very clean and comfortable. Owners were a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent accommodation. Clean, comfortable and great customer service, only trouble was the Wifi cuts in and out.
