The only drawback for me was the lack of a ground floor room. Surprised to find amazing spa in room and a few little treats.

Reception office could do with some leaflets on activities in Taupo. Otherwise a lovely unit6.

Didnt like how tall the trees were outside by the balcony. It blocked the view of the lake. Everything else was lovely

The room and atmosphere was awesome! The only thing that could be better was the condensation in the bathroom even with having the fan on! Other then that was awesome

Have stayed here several times as this place is quiet and comfortable with plenty of parking.
