My booking was cancelled by the hotel without even notifying me. When I got there, I was told the only room available was a lot more expensive. There were no hot water to take shower. The following morning they shut off water completely, couldn’t even flush the toilet. Only one tiny garbage can for entire suit. No fridge.

A nice hotel with moderate prices

The staff is friendly but only one woman at the reception speaks English.
The Junior Suite is spacious and has a very nice bathroom which were both clean. However, one lamp in the room didn't work. Though they tried, they didn't manage to fix it within our two-day-stay. If you are three people, this room is a good choice. Putting an extra bed in one of the other rooms is not advisable because the camp beds they use are not comfortable at all!
The restaurant and its terrace is nice and the food delicious. However, the waiters' English is poor or non-existent. What is more, they only have one single menu in English! When we finally ordered, it turned out that several dishes were not on offer. They only serve them in high season. Breakfast you get rather late at 9 in low season. However, as we were the only guests one night, we could eat at 8.30.
We were given a voucher for hammam as we had experienced some inconvenience with booking....
The spa is very nice. Your have the sauna or hamman for yourself. In between some tea is served. The extra charge is about 800 UAH.
There is also a gym (extra charge), billard (extra charge) and table tennis.
The hotel is about 5 min from Tartariv and 15 min from Bukovel.

This is a beautiful idyllic place. The restaurant is very good and a great price. The river literally runs through the property. The reason the rating is lower is because the internet in my room was off and on constantly. I found myself going to the office for a connection. The response was literally a shrug. So it makes me wonder if response to all big problems is a shrug. As I said a really beautiful place but service needs to be more than a shrug.

The hotel provides a free ski shuttle to Bukovel, this is really great for skiers. Possibility of a private sauna. The hotel is to recommend.

Would have been better during the winter or summer
Posted 10 Apr 2017Not the best hotel for our purposes in the off season. It was very nice and very reasonably priced. We had the place to our selves and enjoined the turkish bath in peace. Lovely location and would be great in-season!

Pros: Good service, food, very nice grounds and overall facility. Enjoyed the large gym with floor to ceiling windows all around for a beautiful view.
Cons: Fireplace lets smoke in the room if not kept burning just right, better doors and log rack to raise logs in fire so air is fed to bottom would help.
Location: Short drive into Bukolev for skiers, lots to do in area, short drive into Yaremche to visit waterfall, must try restaurant by the water falls!
My girlfriend and I rented the separate 3 bedroom chalet #1 log home, it was incredible and could easily accommodate a large group. The home has several beautiful sitting areas looking onto the creek flowing behind it. Wood fireplace was a very nice touch we kept it burning most of the time. The restaurant was also nicely decorated and the gym was great also. A very cozy and roomy place to relax, bring the whole family! The grounds are well manicured and it is just off the highway for easy access.
