Friendly and helpful staff but location is in the middle of nowhere with no stores nearby.

Human Touch Over Comfort

The room was clean but not very comfortable -- a rock-hard mattress and cold at night with no extra blankets. There was no desk. The lighting was fluorescent, with lamps on the night-tables that were only decorative (they had flat-pronged American plugs!). That said, the people were super-super friendly and helpful. It's clearly a family-run business, with that kind of human touch. The hotel matriarch fries up eggs for you on a kitchen style stove-top for breakfast. In short, you have to be willing to rough it a little. But for $30 a night, how much luxury can you expect?

エクスペディアを通じて予約しち言っているのに聞いていないと言う。対応が鈍い。 テレビは有るけどカードを入れないと使えない。 そのカードを渡してくれない。 ただ、朝食を作ってくれたお姉さんは愛想が良く、作ってくれた目玉焼きは美味しかった。体を悪くして、座っていたら紅茶わ飲ませてくれた。

Pearl or not Pearl?

Özel banyosu olmayan, 2 ayrı odanın kullandığı banyosu olan bir oda verdiler. Oda boş olmasına rağmen erken Check-in yapabilmem için %15 fark istediler. Vermedim tabi ki. Böyle saçma bi'şey mi olur? Daha otel işletmeciliğini öğrenememişler. Ayrıca kahvaltı da ayrı bir sorundu. They gave me a room without a private bathroom. Although the room was empty I was asked for a 15% extra payment so I could check in early. Of course I didn't pay. Is that something ridiculous? They haven't learned hotel management yet. Also breakfast was a problem.

It indicates that the type of room Economy Twin Room, 1 Bedroom, Ground Floor. The description of the room indicates that 2 rooms have 1 bathroom. We have provided you the room you have booked. What is the problem? Also everywhere in the world check-in at 14:00, if you check in earlier, then you must pay extra from 50% to 100% depending on the time of arrival. ME DEJARON TIRADO EN LA CALLE.

Hice una reserva en hoteles.com para quedarme una noche en el hotel Pearl Tashkent del 26 al 27 de Septiembre. Recibí el correo de confirmación de Hoteles.com. Y un día antes, recibí otro correo para recordarme que había realizado dicha reserva. Sin embargo, al llegar al hotel se dio esta situación: 1.- Me dicen que ellos no tenían ninguna constancia de esa reserva. 2.- Me dicen que ellos trabajan con expedia.com, no con hoteles.com 3.- Me dicen que no admiten pago en efectivo, que sólo trabajan con tarjeta de crédito, y que si pagaba en efectivo me cobrarían 80 USD en vez de 50 USD, como era lo pactado en la reserva que yo hice. En las condiciones de mi reserva no dice en ningún sitio que era obligatorio pagar con tarjeta, ni que de hacerlo en efectivo tendría que pagar más dinero. A mi me interesaba pagar en efectivo para gastar el dinero que tenía en moneda local, y que no es converible a moneda europea. 4.- En caso de haberme quedado en aquel hotel pagando 80 USD, el hotel no tenía electricidad ni internet. 5.- No hablaron con ustedes en ningún momento, ni me ofrecieron ninguna solución. Es decir, me quedé literalmente EN LA CALLE, y tuve que ir preguntando por la ciudad de Tashkent en qué hoteles había plazas libres, ya que no tenía ni la opción de conectarme a internet. El peor hotel con el peor servicio de todos los que he conocido en toda mi vida.

Второй раз - не поеду...

Из приличного: неплохой и свежий завтрак. Отель очень небольшой - номеров на 8,может 10... Из нехорошего: Интернет - очень проблематично... ТВ - каналов на русском - 1 (или 2).... Отдельная песня - оплата: категорически не хотели брать в местной валюте - только по карточке.. Кто в теме - тот поймет - только после хорошего скандала удалось рассчитаться в национальной валюте по официальному курсу...И скачайте карту - даже местные жители не в курсе местонахождения отеля...
