Older property that has seen better days, but it was clean, warm and had good amenities (coffee, fridge, hair dryer etc.). Breakfast was fine. Eggs, sausage, toast etc. Hotels are expensive in this area, so it was a good value.

Walls a paper thin. Can hear conversations on both sides and they were not being loud. Lobby is nice. Rooms are outdated and run down. Fan did not work in the bathroom. Place has potential with renovations. Staff is nice but there are better places to stay in Taos.

The towels are the worst. They were stained and shredded. the coffee pot and clock was not working. There was mold in the shower.

Wayne, I am not sure where you stayed but I can say our towels are brand new. Could you let me know what room you stayed in. Did you notify the front desk?

Too much light comes into room from bright outside flood lights. Curtains don’t block light very well. I had this same problem last time I was here. Motel itself is a nice place. But if you can’t sleep because of all the lights outside coming in is no good!

The hotel needs an upgrade. The shower has seen a lot of wear.
