It’s a great location for transport, easy access to get the MTR and buses so you can easily get to the airport from here. Staff are always helpful and they are attentive to your needs "

"Maintenance staff were not well trained !!! Got problem with TV n staff was not able to resolve the problem n gave silly reasons for unable to do it. Problem sorted out only when asked manager to look into the problem !!!!!!! Have been staying in Eaton for years n never encounter this before "

"We travelled with 2 coeliacs (gluten allergy) and options were very limited for them at all restaurants / cafe. The resort was otherwise as pictured, and offered everything it said it would. The shower was older in style, but good temp and pressure. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "
