"Great hotel that is situated in a convenient location. We had the family room which fitted our family (2 adults and 12 and 9 year old children) comfortably. The rooms are clean and serviced every day. There is a small rooftop pool. There is a food court below which was great. We opted for breakfast to be included in our stay but also ate dinner there a few times."

"We had a layover for a night on our way to Seoul from Sydney. The rooms were so lovely and clean and I loved that we could book a connecting room. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they booked us a taxi for our early flight the next morning. The buffet at Ink and Plate was quite expensive but that is to be expected. We got a photo with Donald Duck after dinner and loved exploring the gardens before we went to bed. It was a lovely stay."

Very walkable and shopping accessible. Room was very quiet as we were in upper levels. The hallway and room carpet is due for an upgrade as that was the first thing I noticed when I exited the elevator. Otherwise would stay here again."
