"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. It’s truly great for families, with activities available for all ages. There’s always something to do, which made our trip stress-free and enjoyable for everyone. The service was also excellent throughout our stay, especially Fernando, who went above and beyond. The food deserves special mention as well. We particularly enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, where we had delicious meals and great service. Finally, the swim-up rooms are definitely worth it—relaxing, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun, comfortable, and welcoming stay."

"There was not much food options. We opted for A la Carta and we were advise that no reservation was required however when we reach at the restaurant they advise us that they now required reservation and was roll out the day after we checked in. They mentioned advise was sent but we didn't receive any notification on the app nor email"
