"Overall it’s a great place to stay with family and if you just want to stay at the resort. It’s perfect for you if you want to stay at the resort they have a schedule of activities or events going on around the resort. Enjoyed the pools the music playing overall it’s was really nice and staff was super friendly. I booked my stay with Hotels and I was still treated the same as everyone which I liked. I saw a review saying they were treated unfairly due to booking with a 3rd party but my family and I were treated fairly. Our room was renovated and nice. My only complaint is I wished our mini fridge actually kept our drinks cold. The mini fridge just had a light but did not actually keep drinks cool they were all at temp. Over all food was good too. And we loved all the drinks!"

"Pool was amazing, rooms we switched twice and they both had issues, we meet a couple that also had to switch rooms twice and still had problems every time. All restaurants were good. Staff some were nice others weren't. "

"Extremely disappointing experience, especially as a longtime Expedia/Hotels.com VIP customer. Due to the similarity in the Palladium property names, I mistakenly arrived at the wrong location while traveling for my son’s wedding. I immediately attempted to resolve the issue, but communication and assistance were very poor and stressful throughout the process. Promised VIP amenities such as champagne and hors d’oeuvres were not provided upon arrival and only appeared very late at night after I complained. I ultimately had to spend hundreds of dollars on transportation and another hotel closer to my family and the wedding location. Even at the second property, my bracelet was never properly activated despite multiple requests, leaving me unable to access certain areas without assistance. Additional room issues also occurred. Overall, what should have been a joyful family occasion became emotionally exhausting, financially burdensome, and very frustrating. I sincerely hope improvements are made regarding guest communication, coordination, and service."

"Everything was fine, the staff was courteous and attentive. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The VIP upgrade provided by Expedia as we are Gold did us pretty much nothing. The $100 resort credit is very misleading as we were told when booking an add on to one of our excursions (ATV's) that it could be used for that and come to find out that was not the case. We did not receive any of the $100 credit while there. There seems to be poor communication with what each individual knows as one person would say one thing and the next would say something different. There were large glass doors that separated the area of the elevator and the rooms which were broken and falling. We reported it twice and it was never addressed. A serious safety issue if the glass did fall from the door. 6th floor. You will be offered to take a tour of the property to become a member. We were told it would take 90 minutes and we would get free massages. It took two and a half hours. When booking excursions with our More Inclusive plan, we were not given very much useful information on what we needed to bring or wear and needed to ask several different people before we got any answers. Overall it was fine however we would not stay at this property again. Why? The food... the food was average at best and closer to below average. There were so many times that we ate and the food was unseasoned or just not cooked properly. My wife actually lost weight on the trip. How does that even happen?"
