Top Tancah Hotel Reviews
Barceló Maya Tropical - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"The staff is still polite. Facility is clean. But variety of food is down to compare our stay in May this year. But any way we weren’t hungry. 😉We love this resort, and will be back."
Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Resort is wonderful, Staff is wonderful. Our only complaint is we felt the food was a bit average, there were many choices and we found something great at each restaurant but it was only a side dish or main corse, and nothing stood out as I have to have that again. Also without being able to make reservations and secondary dining to wedding parties we had some considerable wait times getting a table, at the french restaurant it was over 2 hrs from the time we put our name on the list till we got our first course. Staff go out of their way to make sure everything is enjoyable and you have what you need."
Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great time! Our only complaint was that after our long travel day, the check in counter AND a separate rep after tried to upsell us. It lasted about an hour and our kids were exhausted and we didn’t realize what was happening or really have the opportunity to decline. We thought we made a mistake booking there because we were hassled so much at the beginning. But once we learned who to avoid and firmly decline, we had a great time. One of our favorite parts was all of the unique animals and wildlife around. Such an amazing experience! Their kids club was so fun for the kids too! Restaurants were excellent but you have to book with the concierge to get the. Best options. Our personal concierge Erick was extremely helpful."

"Absolutely loved my stay at Seaside Palms. Seaside Suites was closed for renovations, so I was moved to palms. They have a wonderful team, a beautiful resort and location, and I highly recommend seeing all the shows you can!"

"Beautiful family friendly resort. One negative was there is no sand on the beach . Need to add sand its rocky and also clean the natural pool when its full of seaweed. Other than that great resort good food"
