"Hmm…I am not sure upscale is the right word for the hotel. It was decent but nothing special. Their lobby needs more seating areas. Wi-Fi was spotty and when you tell the front desk, they said that’s not their department. Average selection in the breakfast buffet, food was cold, was mediocre. the bathroom was clean but it was a very tight space. Close to NAIA airport. The spa massages were great! "
