Property is run down, staff are dour. Lighting is dark. Rooms were nice.

It's got a good location, a walking distance to the beach and major shopping centers in a tourist area. It as a nice view of the ocean. The hotel is outdated and maybe some damage from the last storm probably still being worked on.
