Friendly reception, good location, low cost. They allowed me to check out late as I've a late flight.

It was convenient, and we appreciated the shuttle drive to the airport. The hotel itself is in need of some TLC.

The staff were brilliant - probably the most helpful and I travel a lot - very pleasant and helpful! The property is a little dated but the service and attitude of the staff is priceless!! I’ll be staying here every time I come through Guam

It’s dirty. Smelled bad. This is absolutely the worst place I have stayed it during my years of traveling.

Posted 7 Jan 2024 on HotelsThis hotel is old, poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. The rooms are musty and there are indications that they haven't been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. The ceiling fans are caked with residue, the internet is terrible, the sheets and bath had residual hairs from previous tenants, there were stained towels and mold, mildew and dust throughout. The hotel barely rates a 1-star.
