Bedding dingy yellow and spread’s discolored. Remember need to speak slowly since often Spanish not first language. Breakfast was good. Great meal service ( guy was attentive, efficient, accommodating).

Great AirPort hotel Staff was so kind They shouldnt close the parking when the have private events

Es lugar cercano al aeropuerto muy limpio y las personas que trabajan aquí son muy amables y servicia les y los desayunos muy buenos.

Nice and really comfortable bed. The bathroom needs to be updated I could see some stains in the shower.

There is a convenient restaurant within walking distance. The staff at hotel are so customer service friendly and so courteous. Our room was very cozy. Thank you so much for such an amazing world class customer service experience. 👍✌

Tuve un problema con la regadera de mi habitación, el agua se salía y se mojaba todo el baño, el agua incluso salía por la puerta. Lo reporté desde la primera noche y lo hacía cada que nos duchabamos; el staff de limpieza siempre se mostró dispuesto a secar el baño cada que se usaba la regadera, pero las personas de recepción no parecían reportar nuestro problema ni intentar solucionarlo. En mi última noche un señor de limpieza lo comunicó a uno de sus superiores y fue cuando por fin intentaron solucionarlo y pusieron silicón para intentar detener la fuga, pero el agua se seguia saliendo. Si hubieran hecho caso a mi reporte desde la primera vez, hubiera podido haberse solucionado con tiempo, pero tristemente no fue así y el problema arruinó mi estancia por completo, era absolutamente tedioso ducharse. La recepcionista que nos atendió durante el turno de la tarde era muy indiferente.

Requested a special needs room and wasn’t able to get it. Upon arrival reception was not able to guarantee the ride to the airport next morning causing a big headache.
