Old rooms, TV did not work, during my stay, I asked the front desk a young lady by the name of Allison and she responded, it was probably, I did not know how to operate device, only after several complains, they send a tech and he could not even get unit to work,
will not stay there even again

Staff was super attentive and prompt on anything we asked. If u sign up for use of the van they take u and ur guests as long as u tip so no need for taxis. We payed for the morning buffet and it was worth it 6am-12noon. Staff was excellent. All around great stay.
