I think it is worth the price. Location ain’t that bad, the room was clean and pretty confy. I expected maybe a bit more from the breacfast but it was still fine.

Quite part of town, despite being in an industrial area. Don't be put off by outward appearance.
Strange security system - needed to enter a code 3 times to get through front door, internal door and finally into room. Then again into breakfast room in the morning.
