The property was sufficient to support my needs while transitioning between locations. Hotel was conveniently located. My only issues was that my microwave did not work and over the course of my stay, it was never looked at, fixed or replaced once reported.

The Young lady that works at the front desk, I think her name is Keisha is very pleasant. She is very energetic, and professional, and ensured that our two-day stay went well. Room 417 was very spacious and pretty clean, king sized bed, was not, but that was rectified very quickly with the staff. Laundry on-site, and there is a bonus to sign up, I only had to pay for soap with the bonus added for signing up. Movie theater, Starbucks, and three restaurants are right in the same complex, so the hotel location is very convenient for anyone who doesn't want to drive for food.

Smell of weed and cigarettes inside the facilities everywhere. Bedroom floor was sticky and dirty. There were cockroaches in the room, bath towels were stained, there were no complementary shampoos or conditioners nor hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable and only 2 pillows provided. When staff was notified there were no actions taken barely an apology even though photos were shown of cockroaches. We will never be back at this location.

There is a restaurant within a short walk that has a nice menu and not really expensive

I was told it was non smoking and asked to agree to not smoke in room only to find the room had such a terrible smoke Oder that it made my clothing stink within 5 min in the room. When entering the hotel it appeared people were living there in a section8 type housing arrangements rather than trying to debate with the front desk I chose to find another hotel.
