Don’t even know where to start. Don’t let them put you on the 6th floor. Hallway carpets Filthy and musty. Looks like people have split stuff or thrown up all over the carpet, in hallways.
The room was in need of serious repair. Bathroom faucet in shower falling off, along with the shower head, exhaust fan non functional, so room got real humid after anyone took a shower. The room itself, floor had a floorboard was literally off and all scratched up. Walls noticeably patched up. The sliding door to patio, locking mechanism totally broke and someone attempted to use some sloppy fix job, that didn’t work btw, and when you opened it, you could get it to shut completely on the top again, without having to Jerry rig it shut again. Bedding had a smell curious if it had even been changed. Very bad experience and would not ever recommend this place.
What I found interesting, was we stayed there with 2 other families, which got the 2nd floor, without any issues. Why would you put anyone on such a crappy floor, when you have floors that have been remodeled?

Wifi very weak, breakfast very weak, we have to call many time for someone to pick up the trash and clean the room, we found more than 5 Roaches in the bathroom.

Loved the location
Old, run down, no water in bathroom sink taps, stained bathtub, patio door wouldn’t lock and charged resort fee even though we didn’t check in until after midnight

The hotel was a little runned down. Furniture were all worned out. Dirt built up all along the corners of the floor/wall. Not enough plugs for charging phones. Patio door was not locking properly. Rooms need major renovation. Bathtub had slow drainage. Sink had low water pressure. Lobby was under renovation and smelled like paint.

This hotel is not for kids. Pool is only for adults. You can’t do anything if you have kids. This information should be posted before you even before you book. Its just frustrating that it wasn’t disclosed.

WTR is way over priced.
