After a 7 hour road trip from Georgia, Assistant Manager attitude at the front desk was unnecessary and unwarranted. She never got better, in fact she called my New room to ask me what I wanted to speak with the other manager on duty about. She was the problem and waking my mother with a call to the room only made it worse. She made me justify my request for additional hand towels even with a posted sign at the desk saying we should ask if we decline housekeeping. I wont recommend to anyone connected ro me to go to this hotel. Definitely best western or anything else.
