bugs crawling everywhere

Dear ClaudiaAs General Manager I can assure you all reviews are taken very seriously and apologize for the insects. I will be contacting our pest control company. I am curious when you noticed this did you have a chance to contact the Front Desk so we could have moved you to another room. Not to make any excuses but being an outside entrance hotel being surrounded by many trees, bushes, retention pond, the river, and the climate has made a significant in insects. I have spoken to Pest Control recently and was informed that many merchants along with residential homes are having the same issue. As a traveler myself I understand your frustration but hope everything was satisfactory besides the bugs. Our intention is to provide Excellent Customer Service along with High Quality Standards to all hotel guests and again apologize that we failed to have met your expectations. Very close to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, MOSI, and Moffitt Cancer Center. Very convenient. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

The hotel is in the process of renovations and replaced half of the hotel with new furniture and now waiting for the other half to arrive. Recently all rooms were painted plus replaced all bathroom tiles with other projects being scheduled. When I booked the stay, I read the daily rate was going to be $88.00 per night. But, when I checked out, they charged me $112.00 instead. To me, changing the daily on me like that, was not fair or professional. They should not have done such a thing.

Dear DamasAfter doing some investigating on your reservation it was notice that you originally made a reservation for 5 nights which would have given you a larger discount but decided not to stay all those night so the discount changed but you still received a good discount. That is the reason your rate changed and my desk clerk explains this to guests. I hope you understand that was nothing that was done wrong. The Staff was extremely nice and friendly! Very helpful. Rooms (at least ours) could use some TLC Pool is Awsome Having iHop a short walk away was great I was looking for a hotel convenient to Tampa Int Airport, Raymond James Stadium and Univ of Tampa. Description was a little misleading. It wasn't convenient at all.

This hotel is closer to Busch Gardens and the University of South Florida. The other is the Ramada Westshore which is much closer to the airport and Raymond James Stadium and apologize that it was misleading. Right off I.75 so convenient. Next to Ihop which was great. Pillows were dreadful, uncomfortable andhad no support.

Very budget friendly, and convenient location to where we needed to go the next morning. Super friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast bar in the morning to start your day!
