The service from ivett at the front desk.
Free popcorn upon arrival, kids love it. Breakfast was really good !!!

There were tiny little bugs running around the tv and stand. Had to kill them with my hairspray

I often stay at this location because its close to the Airport. During this trip, I was present when housekeeper came in on three different occasions.
I notice the cleaning practices were not consistent.
1. The housekeepers walked into the showers two different times with their shoes on and the mat was down, to add the towels on top shelf. Their shoes are NOT clean at the bottom.
2. Two out of three occassions they did not clean the sink, toliet, or mirror, nor vaccum the floor. Only replaced the clean towels and change trash bags.
3. It appears the housekeepers uses the same gloves for cleaning with their spray bottle, change trash bags, pick up used towels, and then replace with clean towels. This makes me concerned that germs are being passed from one room to another.
4. Recommendations: used clean gloves when replacing clean towels and ensure the housekeeping department meet with their staff to review best practices when cleaning a room whether the customer is in their or not.

The housekeeper are very nice and they do there job. Front desk wasn't bad at all.
The property need a total renovation thats i have to say .
