The shower flooded into the bathroom every time! Room service only every other day! No magnifying mirror, no room safe

This is a great location for events close to the amphitheater. The hotel is a little outdated and the beds were hard

Staff was great and check in was very quick and easy. Our room was very clean. I would stay at this hotel again.
