As others have reviewed, the property had some sort of water damage issue before we arrived. There was dehumidifiers, cardboard (flooring), and flotsam from the incident everywhere. We couldn't get the elevator to work at first; apparently, we weren't hitting the button hard enough. The bed was as hard as a rock, the bathtub was chipping paint off the bottom, and the room was dingy. The hotel should have closed down, they shouldn't have stayed open. We weren't offered a refund or reduction in our room stay, and the front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly.

Property is under construction. While i give credit to the work crews who were always professional and polite, it is not a relaxing environment. Every floor had heavy wires up and down the corridors. Even though they were taped down, they were a trip hazard for seniors. The room was nice, coffee in lobby was good, eggs, sausage and potatoes were average.
