Reception with a very strong smell of smoke. room hallway with a bad smell (like mold mixed with smoke). The room had a bad smell, it smelled of mold, there was no carpet, but there was a bad smell, the wooden floor was extremely dirty (my daughter spilled some water on the floor when we dried it with paper, the paper, which was white, turned dark brown with dirt and to Close in the morning we saw a small cockroach walking around in the TV cabinet. The “breakfast” advertised as included that is offered is a joke, it has 3 snacks, some bags of cereal and a coffee machine, the breakfast environment has 1 table and 5 stools. Definitely very bad.

Before leaving this review I contacted the property manager, to request a refund. The same day I checked in, I checked out. I secured a room at another hotel for the remainder of my stay. I don't recommend this property at all. It wasn't clean and I, traveling alone did not feel safe. the Property Manager, should have responded to my email. I would never recommend this, or any other Extended Stay property ever. It should not be on a hotel list, it’s a weekly housing for people who have poor credit.

The staff was great but the room wasn’t fully clean the towels had stains on them and they definitely didn’t mop the floors or take something to clean them with everything else was good though very close to where we were going

The place is dirty and it smells of mold. The breakfast is a shame and a joke! do not choose there if you expect a clean room, and breakfast with eggs, bread, and fruits. They only have oaths, hotwater, coffee, and hot chocolate as breakfast.

The only lights in the room were the bathroom and the bedside lamp. There was no hot water. I could not log into the wifi because the front desk agent (who was talking on her cel phone while checking me in) logged me into the wrong room number. When trying to call the front desk there was no answer. I had to go to the front desk get the problem resolved. There was not any straight creamer for the coffee. Only had coffee mate with sweetner and french vanilla. I can not in good concious recommend this hotel and not very likely to ever stay again.
