The hallways stinks , the rooms stinks , the elevator smells real bad ..if you do a late check in it’s going to take awhile to contact a front desk because there’s no one at a desk…I was waiting for almost 45 minutes to check in because they don’t keep someone at the desk for 24hrs like regular hotel does it’s very frustrating and annoying better off paying more for a different hotel than go through the aggravation

It was very deplorable, nasty rooms and sheets bed with blood stain.

If you only there for convenience I guess go here but you need to bring an iron and ironing board, paper towels, they have a stove top but bring your own pans and silverware. Also bring dish detergent. And expect to have to retype your email info at check-in even though you as for it to hold or send to email thats already on file for room conformation, and if the guy is there sorry dont have a name but expect him to be very conversational if region is brought up and if system is down expect him to be so kind to walk the one customer up to their room while others wait because he is the only one there and then when he gets back to fix the system that went down in the first place. And lets not forget the carts be expected to be make more then one trip if its just yourself and you have a lot of items, the pool I guess was there and breakfast maybe I can't read but I didn't see any oh and the kicker dont have an emergency or question after 10:30p and before 10:30a no will be there 🙃

Start off its not easy to access the property. Secondly what you see in the booking pictures is not what my room looked like. the lergs on the bed were bent and broken. no coffee! not breakfast! and front desk locked up and shut down i couldnt check out!

It was ok, the hallways do STINK. The service and attention was great overall. Shout out to Miles for changing our AC out as soon as it was reported.
